THE HILLSDALE DRIVE EXTENSION PROJECT

Welcome to the City of Charlottesville’s website for the Hillsdale Drive Extension Project. This site will be your source for information related to all of the project activities and public involvement opportunities. We hope you will review the project materials and the Steering Committee information regularly, and offer your comments and suggestions.

Informal Plan Review: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

The project team has been working diligently to refine and advance the design – utility coordination, landscaping plan, lighting/signalization plan, along with the soils and geotechnical report. We will continue to work with the stakeholders and property owners along the corridor to best address any outstanding concerns they may have associated with access, parking, landscaping and safety.
