CURRENT ACTIVITIES & PROJECT SCHEDULE

Since the May Citizen Information Meeting, the design team has been moving forward, performing task associated with both plan development and continued communications with key stakeholders along the corridor. Listed below are the current activities which are underway for the project.

  • Holding information meetings with various stakeholders along the corridor
  • Investigating access and parking needs
  • Refining traffic analysis and completing intersection designs
  • Doing hydrology and hydraulics studies for water resources and storm water runoff
  • Coordinating with the numerous utility companies on their special needs
  • Developing 30% engineering design plans

As you can see from this list, there is a lot happening and will continue to happen leading up to the Design Public Hearing early in 2008. Please continue to access this site for future updates and information.
